What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship worldwide for a flat-rate. International envelope shipping not always includes track and trace. Please contact me in case you would like to have Track & Trace for your package. Maximum international shipping size for this option is 380 x 265 x 32 mm – 2KG. Combining shipping is possible. Bigger shipments require a parcel service and are more expensive. Please contact to inquire for big shipments.
Do You Ship Internationally?
From The Mountains ships worldwide from the Netherlands using PostNL. I do not ship with tracking as standard as it is very expensive, if you wish to ship with tracking please contact me before ordering for a quote.
– Shipping within the Netherlands normally takes 2-3 working days.
– Packages shipped to Europe normally take 5-8 working days.
– Shipping to the USA have been experiencing some delays due to American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 2 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.
– Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours) in case you would like to cancel or change your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you can order with a guest account. But if you are a returning customer it can be easier to register.
How Do I Track My Order?
Track & Trace is not standard added to envelopes and small packages. Please contact us if you would like this added to your shipment.
How Can I Return a Product?
The people From The Mountains like to see happy faces. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
